ORC Worlds Trieste

Team SKY competed at the ORC Worlds 2017 in the Class B with 49 boats on the entry list. Our best result was 10th place at the second finish of the Offshore race, which was a great improvement over the 44th place after the first finish. Elan 450 really needs winds over the 10 kts to be compatible in the Class. Organisers struggled with inshore races, due to very week winds. After seven races, two offshore and five inshore, we took 38th place. We had very close racing with the second Elan 450, KARPO, that was placed 41st.
