Abstract:

This diploma work describes the development of the system for measuring relative altitude of radio controlled model plane with ready to use weight of 10 g with the use of a digital pressure sensor and 8-bit microcontroller. Measured values taken during the flight are stored in memory for later analyze and study with the use of personal computer. This system allows a user to mark a point in flight which is then displayed as a cross on altitude graph on personal computer. For the F5J competition needs a motor cut offs at preset altitude is also provided by the system.
