Abstract:

Diploma describes steps in construction of controlling program for technological automation process of palletisation. Construction of machine, technological process and project planning, with functionality of controlling elements are described. Serial data bus, Profibus, for communication between controller and robot is presented. Programmable logc controller, human-machine interface and planning software are described. Including description of controlling program with functions based od diferent functional parts of machine and structure of program for human-machine interface. Diploma includes description about testing procedures of controlling program for syntax, logic sequence and functionality.
